Today Early In The Morning..
ii wokie up & moii parents went out as

dad's friend is getting married

& wanted moii dad's car, 999E to be his bride & groom's Car.

so they going for Car washing & decorating the car yoz...

too bad i nv get to see how its done.
But it ok as i noe its a happy thing anyway....

After tt, they came bk & mum says she wants to cook..
Missed her cooking.. as so long she nv cook le.. haha...
So she cook moii Fav, Curry Chicken With Bamboo Shoot..
Dun hestitate NOR think twice wen u hear tt Dish name,

Its super yummy!!

Out of the blue,

one fav of moii flash thru moii mind

& ii want to EAT tt in no time.
Its Yam Paste With Ginko Nuts. Wah.. Yummy....
Concidencely, there's a BIG YAM infront of miie..

tempting miie to deal wif it & eat it up.. Hahaha...

So mum asked miie to slice off the skin n start preparing..

she teach miie hw to make it..

Wah.. Great... So I started preparing:

Yam Cut Into 4 Pcs By Miie !

Which shld i use worx ?

Starting to slash soon...

So Many Yam Strings ... Haha

Taa Daah.. Done..

Putting in to steam now..

Now need boil the sweet sauce... coconut milk...

Add sugar in.. keep stiring till sugar melts..

Then add in ginko Nuts and off the fire..

Now after 25 mins , the yam is now very soft

and we are going to smash it..

Aft smash yam, pour the coconut milk with ginko nuts on the yam.

Taa Daah.. Now its Ready To Serve

Today woke up early in the morning..
ard 7am.. and slept at ard 5am...

it makes me so freak up.. and having mood swing right now...

so better gets off frm mi real soon ya.. hahah..
went dwn to YOUTH GUIDANCE at blk 125, amk ave 6

to find macneil.. realise that was a realli nice place to go ya..

gt XBox. gt pool... gt alot of frens... got guitar..

and alot of frens playing basketball wit u.. swimming..

fishing...

n they even gt gathering to have fun with alot of activities.. great right.. all for free..
and they are all sincere frens in there... join them ya..

Was sho bored at home..
so headed to hougang green de lan shop to play.. alth at home i oso serve net, at there oso. but just dont feel like being at home.. noisy and bored..

was dealing with all my games in facebook.. almost 30 games.. spends mi about $10 to update all games. haha.. ya hoo....
